A police complaint was filed on Friday against former Union minister and senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid over his recent book Sunrise over Ayodhya -- Nationhood in our times at the Kotwali police station of Jaipur.

Two Delhi lawyers have filed complaints with Delhi Police against Khurshid, for allegedly defaming and comparing Hinduism with terrorism in his book.
A court in Lucknow ordered on Wednesday to register a first information report (FIR) against senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid for comparing the 'Sanatan' Hindu religion with the Boko Haram and Islamic State (ISIS) terror outfits in his book titled Sunrise Over Ayodhya: Nationhood in Our Times.
"Ask people not to buy the book or read it. Tell people it is badly authored, read something better," said Justice Yashwant Varma.
Some of the suspects who attacked senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid's house in this district of Uttarakhand were identified on Wednesday, following which raids were intensified to apprehend them, a senior police officer said.
The minister also hit out at Khurshid over the book on the Ayodhya verdict, titled Sunrise Over Ayodhya: Nationhood in Our Times, which was released on Wednesday.
