Modi quotes Bob Dylan: 'The times, they are a changing'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday quoted lines from Nobel Laureate Bob Dylan's iconic "The times they are a-changin'", a song which had apparently become an anthem of change, to make a veiled reference to the political situation in the country in the backdrop of the demonetisation move as he addressed the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai.
