Another day, another absurd reason for rise in rapes in the country. After the Karnataka legislature linked mobile phones to the rise in rapes in the country, on Tuesday, a Bihar minister on also held mobile phones and non-vegetarian food as reasons for surge in rape cases and favoured ban on cell phones among school students.
