England reached their first major final after beating Denmark 2-1 in the Euro 2020 semi-final on Wednesday and will now face Italy in the final on Sunday.
Harry Kane and his England lions were ecstatic, and as Neil Diamond's classic 'Sweet Caroline' played on the loudspeaker, they crooned along in celebration.
