Holland sweep past India

Raemon Sluiter defeated Prakash Amritraj 6-1, 6-3 as The Netherlands routed India 5-0 in the Davis Cup World Group qualifying tennis tie in Zwolle, The Netherlands, on Sunday.

In the first reverse singles, Sjeng Schalken beat Harsh Mankad 6-3, 6-1.

India lost both the opening singles on Friday and also the doubles match on Saturday.

The victory gave the Dutch promotion back into the World Group while India remain in the Asia-Oceania Group I.
