Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistani partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi crashed out of the euro 42,500 ATP Challenger series tournament in Aachen, Germany [Images], after losing a tough quarter-final to the German pair of Andreas Beck and Philipp Petzschner.
The Indo-Pakistani duo won the first set but then lost their way as the Germans won 5-7, 6-4, 13-11 to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament.
Meanwhile, the Indo-American pair of Stephen Amritraj and Donald Young also exited from the US $50,000 Challenger in Louisville, US, after losing in the quarter-finals to Canadia's Frank Dancevic [Images] and Serbia's Dusan Vemic 6-7(4), 3-6.
