Mahesh Bhupathi [Images] and partner Mark Knowles did not have to do anything to enter the quarter-finals in the US $2,615,000 ATP Rogers Masters, as they got a walk over from their opponents in the second round.
The fourth seeded Indo-Bahamas pair was up against the American duo of Mardy Fish [Images] and Andy Roddick [Images], who conceded the match because of knee injury to Fish.
Bhupathi and Knowles are yet to hit a ball in the tournament, having received a bye in the first round at the sixth of the ten Masters Series tournaments.
They could next face the seventh seeded pair of Leander Paes [Images] and Lukas Dlouhy. The Indo-Czech combine will meet the Swiss pair of Roger Federer [Images] and Stanislas Wawrinka in their second round match.
