Mallya also stated the reasons for not having an Indian driver in his team.

"There is certainly talent in India and we have drivers who have raced world wide. But they lack experience and I was looking for experience that is why we chose the team that we did," he said.

The launch was attended by several eminent personalities and Bollywood heart-throbs Shilpa Shetty (in the picture), Shamita Shetty, Sameera Reddy and Lara Dutta along with the leadership team of Force India.
