At least seven people were killed and one person critically injured after shootings were reported from two locations in the Half Moon Bay area in north California of the United States, CNN reported citing local officials who said that a 67-year-old suspect is now in custody.

This year, according to organisers, 74,470 images were submitted for judging, made by 4,315 photographers from 130 different countries.
