The police on Tuesday foiled an attempt by two Tibetans to enter the venue of the trilateral meeting of Russia, India and China in Bengaluru and took them into custody.

The duo, who tried to sneak into the hotel, where the RIC meeting of foreign ministers is taking place, shouted slogans against China, the police said.

Police were yet to reveal the identity of the detained men.
