Joe Biden will turn 79 on November 20.
During last year's race to the White House, questions were asked about Candidate Biden's forgetfulness, and whether his age -- he is the oldest man to be elected America's president -- would hobble him in the most powerful office on the planet.
Hours before he was spotted napping during the COP26 summit in Glasgow, Biden had -- it appears from this Press Information Bureau photograph -- a Biden moment when he encountered Narendra Damodardas Modi in Glasgow.
As European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen looks on, Biden seems to have a where-have-I-seen-him look as the Pradhan Mantri too appears puzzled.
When they met in Rome a couple of days earlier, there was no such look on Joe's face when Narendrabhai and he took an enthusiastic walk at the G-20 summit.
