National Investigation agency officers and Kerala police have interrogated a Guruvayur-based builder for alleged links with the terror operative Tahawwur Husssain Rana.

Sources said that the builder's brother-in-law is believed to have developed some contacts with the terror operatives. The agencies are trying to decipher why he had met the terror operative.

State police sources said that there are certain missing links and the police is in the process of looking through the records of this builder. According to sources the group has been prohibited from raising money by the stock market regulator.

There was a clear plan on the part of Rana and Headley to implement in the state and police sources said that the Guruvayur plan and the contact with the builder is a link which could give some vital clues to the investigating agencies.
