The hated blue burqa, which the Taliban forced Afghan women to wear during their first tenure in power, is back on the streets of Kabul.
Gone for now at least are the sharply dressed young women of Kabul. In their place have reappeared the forbiding blue burqa, hiding in its anonymity a woman's appearance and soul.
