Taking a serious view of the hooliganism exhibited by a group of Members of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha on Monday during the tabling of the Women's Reservation Bill, a disciplinary action is being mooted, said sources.

The action is being considered against Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders Subash Yadav, Rajniti Prasad and two others by the privileges committee of the Parliament.

The Rajya Sabha witnessed unprecedented scenes leading to an adjournment for the fourth time on Monday as determined Samajwadi Party, RJD and Bahujan Samaj Party members entered the well of the House, ripped off mikes and tore up papers in an attempt to stall the Women's Reservation Bill from being taken up for consideration.

When repeated appeals of the Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari failed to bring order in the House, he called for adjournment till 4 pm.

However, despite the ruckus and unruly scenes Union law Minister Veerappa Moily succeeded in tabling the Constitution (108th Amendment) Bill.
