1 kg RDX seized in Delhi

The Delhi police have seized one kg of RDX from two Punjab militants.

The police identified the militants as Kulwinder Singh Ragi alias Bitoo and Sukchain Singh of the Khalistan Zindabad Force, a Jammu-based extremist organisation.

One timer pencil and a cyanide capsule were also recovered from the duo, nabbed from an east Delhi area on Friday night.

During the interrogation, they confessed that they were sent to Delhi to disrupt the golden jubilee celebrations of the country's Independence and eliminate some Congress leaders allegedly involved in the 1984 riots.
