"This year's annual festival named 'Gulmarg Snow Festival' has been organised to promote winter tourism in Kashmir besides putting Gulmarg on the global winter destination map as a premier ski resort of the country," said Farooq Ahmad Lone, chief executive officer Gulmarg development authority.
