Meanwhile, K P Singh, the father of Rahul Raj, has sought a high level probe into the incident.
Singh told rediff.com in Patna that his son was innocent and killed in an encounter beacuse of a conspiracy. "It should be probed to know the truth," Singh said.
Rahul had gone to Mumbai in search of a job. "Rahul called me on Sunday and told that he was in touch with two private firms for a job" Singh said, adding that his son had no criminal record.
"My son's killing must be probed to find out how he acquired a revolver," Singh added.
