Pointing out that the main conspirator of attack on Parliament Afzal Guru was not hanged despite all the courts giving him death penalty, he said, "The UPA government has surrendered before terrorism and continuously compromising with it. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh undid all our hard work when he certified that Pakistan was also a victim of terrorism like us. We have been saying the problem we were suffering was from Pakistan but this government said Pakistan was also a victim."

He also targeted Pakistan, saying it had unleashed a proxy war through terrorism against India after losing four wars. He said Pakistan was responsible for sending RDX, weapons, and money in to India to attack and kill innocent people. "But Manmohan Singh has described the same Pakistan as a victim of terrorism," he rued.
