The drama outside Parliament

Mahtma Gandhi was there too. But he was missing in spirit inside Parliament, where BJP MPs brought bundles of Rs 1,000 notes to prove that they were approached with bribes to abstain from voting during the confidence motion.
Speaker Somnath Chatterjee described the incident as the ''most unfortunate and a very sad day in the history of Parliament''.
