Delhi High Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation not to close the case against Congress leader Jagish Tytler for his alleged role in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The case, which came up for hearing on Monday morning, will now be disposed off on February 27.

Jasbir Singh, a key witness currently residing in California, United States, had offered to testify against Tytler and asked CBI officials to come to the US to record his statement.
