A memento for Dr Singh

Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Anil Kakodkar presents a memento to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh [Images] during the dedication of Tarapur Atomic Power Station 3 & 4 to the nation on Friday in Tarapur on the outskirts of Mumbai. Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh is in the centre.
