Gutka baron Rasiklal Manikchand Dhariwal on Friday gave an undertaking before the Supreme Court that he will appear before the Central Bureau of Investigation on April 4.
The CBI wants to question Dhariwal in connection with a case relating to his alleged links with the underworld.
The CBI assured the court it would not execute the non-bailable warrant issued against him.
