Robbery at Shah Rukh's residence

Robbers struck at actor Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow 'Mannat' in Mumbai on Tuesday night.

They decamped with jewellery worth around Rs 4 lakh and Rs 60,000 in cash.

Shah Rukh's residence in MumbaiApparently, the money didn't belong to the actor but to his relatives, who had come from out of town.

"They have filed a case at our police station this morning," Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amitabh Gupta, to rediff.com

The police are surprised as Shah Rukh's house is well guarded and they suspect that some insider could be involved.

Asked if there were suspecting any person in particular, Gupta said, "They have just launched the complaint this morning and the investigation is on."
