The army, with some help from the air force, showcased its latest equipment and weapon systems during a demonstration, titled Divya Astra, in Rajasthan on March 1, 2004.

It began with MiG-21 and MiG-23 fighters firing missiles at an enemy target. MiGs form the bulk of the Indian Air Force's fleet.
