It will be a dinner meeting and the Sena chief's son and executive president of the party, Uddhav Thackeray, along with senior leaders like Raj Thackeray, Manohar Joshi and Narayan Rane will be in attendance.

The meeting will take place at Hotel Renaissance in Mumbai, where the BJP is holding its three-day national executive.

This would be the first meeting between the Sena chief and Vajpayee after the National Democratic Alliance's defeat in the last general election.

Thackeray believes that BJP's defeat was linked directly to its abandonment of the Hindutva agenda.
