Police get notice on Baazee CEO's bail plea

| Vacation Judge Justice Vikramjit Sen posted the application for further hearing on Tuesday.The court had rejected Bajaj's bail plea on Saturday and sent him to judicial custody for six days. Bajaj was arrested on Friday with the police claiming that baazee.com listed the MMS clip under the title 'DPS Girl Having Fun' for sale on November 24 and that the CEO did not make any effort to remove it until prodded.
