Guru Har Rai
Guru Har Rai was born on January 16, 1630, in Kiratpur to Baba Gurditta, Guru Hargobind's eldest son.
He became guru at the age of 14 and died on October 6, 1661.
He had two sons, Ram Rai and Harkrishan.
In 1646 Punjab was hit by unprecedented drought. Guru Har Rai collected money from the well-off people and helped the drought victims.
Between 1654 and 1658 he visited all parts of Punjab to spread the message of Guru Nanak amongst the Sikhs.
