2 killed as militants attack NC rally

Two persons were killed and over 60 injured when unidentified militants attacked a National Conference rally with a powerful hand grenade at Bagwa near Doda district in Jammu on Wednesday afternoon.
NC candidate Khalid Najeeb, who was addressing the rally, escaped narrowly.
The injured were rushed to a local hospital by the police and Najeeb's supporters. Eight critically injured were later airlifted to Jammu. No militant group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
