"I feel there is always something lacking in the show," says Falguni Phatak. "It has never been perfect. Before every show I feel 'What if the audience don't like it today.'''
A great fan of Asha Bhosle, Falguni says she never thought she would become so popular. "I only wanted to sing, that's all," she adds.
Her schedule for the next few months is a busy one. There are shows in New Jersey, Chicago, Houston and San Francisco. Then there are pop show in Nepal and Nairobi.
"When you see Falguni," says Priyank Torakhia, "your feet just can't stay still. There is no one like her."
