The man who hopes to be Louisiana's next governor has constantly stressed on the importance of family.
In one of his televised debates, he said: "There are several other moments that have been very important. The birth of my first child...we have another on the way. I don't have to describe to parents the joy of bringing home a beautiful baby girl from the same hospital where I was born right here in Louisiana."
