Union Minister for Railways Nitish Kumar on Wednesday night ruled out review of the controversial decision to bifurcate the Eastern Railways.
"There is no question of review of the decision. It has been decided and it is final," he said, when asked whether any group of ministers was being constituted to go into the matter.
