Views:This expose made may simultaneously happy and sad. I am happy that a start up small outfit was able to expose corruption at the highest level of defence establishment. I am sad that the defence establishment is corruptible. We know that every facet of Indian life is corrupt. Somehow people had the faith and confidence that the Indian military is not corrupt. But this has made them loose faith in miltary. I am astonished at the weakness and connivance of the established press. The established press is so dependent on the largesse of the government that it has become an accoplice in the bad deed of the government rather than be the watch dog. Hurray for the Tehleka.com

Views:This is a sad time for the government as this scandal is related to the defence system of the country. So it will be good for the government to solve this problem at the earliest and get back its lost glory in these two or three days.Such periods have led to kargil intrusions in the past.So it will be good to solve this at the earliest for the government ,people and also to the whole nation.

Views:Corruption is the most dangerous BUG that's eating away India. Congress, BJP and all the bureaucrats are equally corrupt. They are all thick skin, crooked and just interested in personal gains. It's time that we, the citizens of India, wake up and do something about it, punish the guilties and bring a drastic change in country's leadership with a new breed of leaders.

Views:Mr. Pramod Mahajan, it is really shocking to see how you start rolling on the floor once you fall, just to show that you had fallen for that purpose. It is a shame on democracy when you politicians consider india as the largest democracy and then make fun of it by filling up your coffers. Come on, Admit it.. Can you deny that there is no corruption. In india corruption begins at the grass root level of a smallest government official and ends at the grass root moral value of politicians... that is why u never see any learned educated young people coming into politics, because the system itself is full of nonsense. mark my words I donot demand the government to step down... but like a true democratic country, consider a probe into the matter without any Government influence. Do you have the guts to do that. I am sure even the opposition party later will try to shut this down when their head starts rolling when old issues come up. Its not about any party... iis about faith in the people we choose to lead the country... The country is reflected by the people who rule it and no wonder India is corrupt... Please dont ruin the country for your benefits. Remember when you spit on the wind the spit falls back on you. All the best for your Government and you too. And also congratulations to tehelka.com. They are indeed todays national heroes.

Views:I think that the opposition is trying the dirty tricks to take the maximum mileage out of this issue. the opposition should show the maturity in helping the govt.to bring into books the dirty players who are involved in the compromising the national security. The BJP govt. have fallen in the trap laid out by their enemies and sholud come out in a more matured way. I feel the congress is more involved into this as the boffors issue is virtually on the final stages and hence they want the govt. to be in the defensive mood and then they can negotiate .

Views:Tehelka has really created a major Tehelka all over the country. The army culprits should be court martialled and then lynched to death publicly so that the future generations think twice before they try to act smart. The ministers should face the same fate and Laxman should be... I hope to see more of this good work done in future.

Views:Why the should the defence minister step down? He could be wrong in his part by not knowing the level of corruption taking place under his ministry, but at the same time is it possible to keep an eye on each and every thing taking place. IDENTIFY THE CULPRITS & SHOOT THEM. This will serve as a lesson to others.

Views:This is non sense and the charges made are outlandish. Interestingly that RK Jain who was boasting of facilitating four deals by corruption is talking nonsense. These deals were ultimately won by Indian PSUs including BHEL and not those foreign companies who supposedly bribed people through this Jain. Further all the political parties including those in US or UK take money from Industry, what is so big deal if Laxman takes a lakh of it. It does not prove that he took that money for facilitating defense deal
