Uncertainty haunts Bihar

Uncertainty continues to haunt Bihar after the fall of the Nitish Kumar government yesterday.

It is still not clear when Governor Vinod Chandra Pande would invite Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Rabri Devi to form the next government in the state.

However, a source in the RJD said they expect the governor's decision today.
