CWC meet today to review poll debacle

The Congress Working Committee is meeting today to review the party's dismal performance in the recent election.

The Congress has already appointed a high-level committee, headed by senior party leader A K Anthony, to hold an inquiry into the party's debacle in the Lok Sabha election.

The panel is expected to submit its report by the month-end.

The party seems to be keen on reviewing its performance in Bihar and Orissa, where assembly elections are due next year.
