Aamir Khan lost nearly 25 kilos to transform from the older version to the younger version of Mahavir Singh Phogat in Dangal.
He has already lost 3.5 kilos for his coming film, Lal Singh Chaddha.
This, Aamir says, has been possible due to his "tiffin" and to Dr Nikhil Dhurandhar.

"Isme apne ko sharam nahi karni chahiye (We should not feel embarrassed while doing this)," says Aamir Khan.
So, whether he is in Shah Rukh Khan's grand home, Mannat, at a party thrown for the CEO of Apple Inc, Tim Cook, or going for a meeting, this superstar will carry along his own "tiffin".
And that's what he'll tuck into, especially when he trying to lose weight for a film.
Watch him explain what happens how this can end up being rather funny, and share some diet tips as well.
Aamir was speaking at the book launch of Dr Nitin Dhurandhar's Dr Dhurandhar's Fat Loss Diet
The event itself was unusual as the book was released last year, but Dr Dhurandhar was only able to visit India this year to have his favourite celebrity client, who has also written the foreword, launch it.
If the good doctor had actually had his way, this book may never have been written.
Let Aamir Khan, who first consulted with Dr Dhurandhar for Dangal, explain why.
