Vikram Bhatt completes 20 years in Bollywood

On March 20, 1992, Vikram Bhatt joined the Hindi film industry as a director with the Pooja Bhatt starrer Janaam. 

Today, he completes 20 years in the industry.

Bhatt celebrated the day by tweeting a note that his mentor Mahesh Bhatt had written to him on the first day of his shoot: '20th March '92 my first day as a director. 20 years today. Such a long journey! I survived.... A note my teacher Mahesh Bhatt wrote me on the first day of my shoot.'

Mahesh Bhatt tweeted back his love to him: 'Your journey has just begun! You have done well kid. Love u.'

Vikram Bhatt's next film -- Dangerous Ishhq starring Karisma Kapoor and Rajniesh Duggall -- is slated for a May release.
