Bollywood gets ready for Lara's Goa wedding

The twitter world is quite a busy one, and Bollywood contributes a great deal to it. Here's looking at the best star tweets of the day.

After getting married in a civil ceremony, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi are all set for their Goa wedding bash.

Bhupathi, who is already in Goa, asked his pal Riteish Deshmukh when he was reaching Goa.

Riteish tweeted back: 'heading to d airport- ladki waalon ke side se hain hum.'

Meanwhile, Dia Mirza showered her love on the newlyweds: 'congratulations MRS.BHUPATI! Wish you and Mahesh a joyous life ahead :)'

The guest list includes Shah Rukh Khan, Bipasha Basu, Priyanka Chopra, Boman Irani, Sajid Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Bipasha Basu seems quite excited. 'Welcome to the world of sex drugs and rock & roll - Dum Maaro Dum in theaters on 22nd April 2011!'

The film also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Prateik Babbar. It is directed by Rohan Sippy.

Expectations were high with Vishal Bhardwaj's 7 Khoon Maaf, releasing this Friday. But the reviews haven't been too kind.

Still, Priyanka Chopra's cousin Parineeti, who was recently signed for Yash Raj Films' Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, praised PC's acting skills. 'Outstanding, outstanding, OUTSTANDINGGG performance by @priyankachopra in 7KM cannnoot believe how good!!' she tweeted.

Director Kunal Kohli also gave the movie thumbs up: 'Priyanka & Vishal have done a superb job in 7 Khoon Maaf.'

Riteish Deshmukh recently shot a special episode of Jhalak Dhhikla Jaa, and was all praise for its judge Madhuri Dixit.

'Shot with Madhuri Dixit for an episode of Jhalak dhikla Jaa - had a blast on the show- how is it possible for a woman to look so beautiful,' he tweeted.

Jackky Bhagnani also shot with Mads on the show. He tweeted: 'Just shot for jhalak dikhla jaa with remo malaika and the great madhuriiii dixitt I was so nervous as I was in the 7th std when she shot with my dad for bade miyan chote miyan n I was dancin in front of her she is tooo goood.'

Jackky's dad, for those who don't know, is producer Vashu Bhagnani, who's made the famous No 1 movies (Hero No 1, Coolie No 1, Biwi No 1)

Meanwhile, Arshad Warsi has signed a comedy show. He confirmed: 'Signed up for a comedy show on Star TV "Comedy Ka Mahamukabla"...'

Akshay Kumar is loving the weather in Chandigarh while shooting for his next film Joker.

'Loving Chandigarh while filming Joker. Its so beautifully quiet, fresh & perfect here. Been thinking alot, just so grateful for everyone's love & support for Patiala House, its so humbling :)' he tweeted.

Director Shirish Kunder is busy keeping everyone updated about his new film. 'On way to 5th day shoot of Joker. Pleasant sunny day yesterday. Hoping the same continues.'
