SRK to start shooting for Farah Khan's Happy New Year

Farah Khan is all set to start shooting for her much delayed film Happy New Year from September with Shah Rukh Khan. Buzz is that the film will star Deepika Padukone, bringing the trio back together after Om Shanti Om.

Farah tweeted: ‘N the Countdown begins! Exactly 1 mnth before shoot starts 4 HaPpy New YeAr ! The most hectic, exhilirating, stressfully happy time!’

As for Shah Rukh Khan, he is currently in UK promoting his latest film Chennai Express with Deepika. ‘Ok then. London trip coming to end. Feltham last stop...then onward to Dubai. Film promotions should be like a family outing, as this has been.’

Rahul Bose, who was last seen in a negative role in Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam, completes 20 years in Bollywood.

‘Shot 'English, August' in June-July 1993. Incredible journey! Tempted to parallel films I have done with post-liberalisation India's changing face. Sometime in the far mist of the future. Nah!’ the 45-year-old actor tweeted.

Bose, who appeared in films like Pyaar Ke Side Effects and Jhankaar Beats, is currently working on Vishwaroopam 2.

Mandira Bedi, who is shooting for the Hindi adaptation of the hit American television series 24, shared a picture of herself with co-star Anil Kapoor from the sets.

‘On the sets of 24 with AK and my mum!! :)’ she tweeted with a picture of them together. 

While Bedi will play the character of Nina Myers, Kapoor will be seen as Jai Singh Rathod, the Indian Jack Bauer. 

Written by Rensil D'Silva, directed by Abhinay Deo and produced by Anil Kapoor Films, the show will also star Shabana Azmi, Anupam Kher, Rahul Khanna, Yuri Suri, Pooja Ruparel, Adhir Bhatt, Ajinkya Deo, Rahul Singh and Priyanka Bose.

Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, and Urmila Matondkar recently visited dear friend Manish Malhotra's new store in Mumbai. 

Manish shared a picture of them together and tweeted: ‘With my special heroine friends :-)’ 

Filmmaker Karan Johar was also there. Manish shared a picture of him as well.
