Known for their long-standing rivalry, apart from their incredible repertoire of songs, veteran singers and sisters Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar have rarely been seen together in public.
But the 2013 Hridaynath Mangeshkar Lifetime Achievement awards, established in the name of their musician brother, was a rare occasion when the two sisters spent some quality time together, in the presence of family.
The event was held over the weekeend at the Tilak Vidyalay in Vile Parle, a western Mumbai suburb.

The Mangeshkar siblings seemed to have a good time on stage, when Lata presented the Hridaynath Mangeshkar Lifetime Achievement award to Asha.
