PIX: Over 100 birthday kisses for Veena Mallik!

Pakistani starlet Veena Malik, who turned 29 on February 26, celerbated her birthday in a rather unusual way.

The former Bigg Boss participant arrived at the Renaissance club in Juhu, a western Mumbai suburb, determined to break the world record of most kisses received in a minute.

Dressed in a sheer white top and sequinned skirt, the actress stood in front of a line of fans with numbered stickers, as they hurried past her, kissing her hand.

Clearly enjoying the attention, Veena reportedly went on to break the previous record that stood at 108 kisses, set by none other than Salman Khan.

An elated Malik tweeted later, "I made it...flattened dabang khan's GUINNESS record of 108...recvd 137 kisses in a mint...AND u got it all wrong it waz on my HAND!!!"

The event was organised for the promotions of Malik's new film titled The City That Never Sleeps.

Malik later cut her birthday cake with the contestants, who took part in the kissing record.
