At the recently held music launch of his new film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, actor Imran Khan arrived at the the Yashraj Studios in Andheri on a cycle-rickshaw, dancing to the film's title song.

It was quite an innovative entry and Imran's first stage performance too. He was later joined by Katrina Kaif, his costar in the film as they danced, kickstarting the event.

Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Yashraj banner's 50th film, is slated to open in theatres on September 9 this year.

For a first-time performer, Imran impressed with his skills as he pretended to be looking for a suitable bride for his brother -- just like his character in the film.

Imran and Katrina also paid a tribute to Bollywood's three reigning Khans -- Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh by copying steps from their popular songs, as they do in the title song of the film.

Katrina Kaif arrived at the music launch dancing to the tunes of Dhunki atop a crane, making quite an entrance.

The Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara actress, whose rockstar look in the film is fast gaining popularity, revealed that she's learning to play the guitar from her co- star Ali Zafar.

Katrina said, "It was great working with Ali. Ali is also a musician and since I'm learning how to play the guitar, I'm trying to learn from whoever I can."

The actress, who was recently gifted a guitar by Farhan Akhtar, added, "Farhan (Akhtar) taught me some stuff during Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and I've learnt a bit more from Ali during this film.

He is a good teacher and we are trying to get better so that we can play a live song together in one of the promotional events for this film very soon

Imran Khan, the supportive costar that he is, is all praise for Katrina's new-found passion. "Katrina is very good with the guitar. I was quite amazed when I saw her play," said the actor.
