Telugu actor Sri Hari passed away at the Lilavati Hospital, in Mumbai, on Wednesday, following liver complications.
He was 49.
Sri Hari, who was suffering from cancer, was last seen in the Telugu film Toofan (Zanjeer).
He played the role of Pran in the Telugu remake.
Sri Hari started his career as a stuntman and played the lead role in the movie Police (1999). The small budget film fared well at the box-office
Telugu film personalities expressed their shock over the actor's death and offered condolences to his family.
He is survived by his wife Shanthi (Disco Shanti) and two sons.
