Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on June 3.

Thanking his fans for the wishes, the 70-year-old actor tweeted: 'To all those that wish us a happy anniversary .. our gratitude and love and blessings .. and joy ! Thank you !'

Meanwhile, he has finished dubbing for Prakash Jha's forthcoming film Satyagraha. 'At last the dub for 'Satyagraha' over and done ... now for the release on Aug 23 .. there is always consolation on job done .. !!' he added.

Abhishek Bachchan too took to the microblogging site to wish his parents: 'June 3rd 1973, 40yrs ago my parents got married. The 2 most important people in my life. Happy anniversary mom and dad, love you.'

Mumbai witnessed the pre-monsoon drizzle on Sunday evening and Bollywood stars couldn't help but join in the revelry:

Actress Sonkashi Sinha celebrated her 26th birthday on the sets of Rambo Rajkumar on June 2.

Thanking everybody, she tweeted: 'Been a great birthday today which started with a surprise bash by my fantastic rambo rajkumar team and ending with allllll the lovely messages i got today! Thank u ALL sooooo much for making this birthday a special one :)'

Directed by Prabhudeva, Rambo Rajkumar will see Sonakshi opposite Shahid Kapoor for the first time on screen.

Post surgery, SRK is on his way to recovery

Shah Rukh Khan, who underwent a shoulder surgery in Mumbai last week, was his introspective self as he returned to Twitter after a brief haitus.

It's a wrap for Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Again

The shooting for Milan Luthria's Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Again got over last weekend in Mumbai. The cast and crew celebrated it by cutting a cake.

Cinematographer Ayananka Bose shared a picture of the cake from the sets and wrote: 'And so it happened...The last day of #outima.. An emotional journey, a Fantastic shoot, New friends. A chapter ends!!' 

A sequel of 2010 film Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai, the film stars Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles and releases on August 8.
