Hindi film industry's most successful actors' addresses are some of the most posh and magnificent in the city of Mumbai.

When Aamir's Pali Hill home went under renovation, the actor moved into a rented sea-facing flat in Freeda Apartments off Carter Road in Bandra, a western Mumbai suburb.

Months after the move, the actor bought the property.

Before he bought the 5,000-square feet house for a cool Rs 60 crores, Aamir was paying a monthly rent of Rs 10 lakh for the upscale address.

Akshay Kumar resides in a sea-facing duplex flat in Prime Beach in Juhu, a western Mumbai suburb.

The bungalow is located on Bandstand, near Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments and Shah RUkh Khan's bungalow Mannat.

Farhan chose Vipassana as it was close to his childhood home where he lived with his mother Honey Irani and sister Zoya Akhtar.

Hrithik Roshan, along with wife Sussanne and their two kids Hridaan and Hrehaan, resides in Juhu's El Palazzo building in suburban Mumbai.

The Krrish 3 actor's parents Rakesh and Pinky Roshan as well as his sister Sunaina also reside in the same building. 

Aamir's nephew Imran Khan moved in in grandfather Nasir Hussain's magnificent bungalow with wife Avantika Malik in December last year.

The actor threw a star-studded housewarming party for his industry friends.

The party coincided with 50 years of the Khan family living in the bungalow that is located in the posh Pali Hil area of Bandra.

Actor-producer John Abraham's bachelor pad is probably the most talked about star residence for its posh location and state-of-art interiors.

His duplex penthouse apartment in Bandra's Sea Glimpse was designed by the collective efforts of his architect father, his brother and his own ideas.

The actor, who until recently lived on the eighth floor of the building even though he owned the seventh floor as well, restructured the whole place to make it more comfortable.

Ranbir Kapoor resides with his actor parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor in the famed Krishna Raj bungalow in Pali Hill.

Krishna Raj has been in the Kapoor family for over three decades and is one of the few bungalows on Pali Hill that hasn't given way to a skyscraper.

Sanjay Dutt's bungalow, also in Pali Hill, gave way to a multi-storey residential complex named Imperial Heights a few years ago.
