'I am India's worst habit'

Shah Rukh Khan is leaving no stone unturned to promote his film Om Shanti Om. The actor is just about everywhere these days, even as rumors say the film has started making money even before its release. We got him to sort a few issues out for us...

Has Om Shanti Om made money even before its release?

That isn't true. Your salary comes at the end of the month, once you have finished your job. You have to finally release a film for it to make a profit. Of course, the film is made at a cost and you normally tend to cover that when you sell it. If a film has done well, it's alright; if it hasn't, you have to return the money.

Let me tell you there are no free lunches. Nobody gives money for no work. Anybody who is paid anything, or is making money, has only made it because his or her stuff or product is good.
