"We have received the medical report of the victim and it has corroborated what the victim has alleged against the actor in the FIR (First Information Report)," Deputy Commissioner of Police Niket Kaushik told PTI.
Ahuja's home, where the alleged offence was committed, was sealed by the police after a special forensic team visited the house to obtain more evidence.
Rubbishing reports that the police is giving Ahuja special treatment considering his status, police sources said the actor is being treated like any other accused in the lock-up and interrogation is on.
Meanwhile, around 200 maids are likely to gather outside the Oshiwara police station in northwest Mumbai to protest against Ahuja.
Ahuja was arrested on Sunday night for allegedly raping his maid and was remanded to police custody till June 18.
