PIX: When Saroj Khan made Nandita Das dance

Nandita Das remembers how Saroj Khan choreographed her for a Spanish film, Traces Of Sandalwood, with lovely throwback pictures.

'Her contribution to Hindi films has been enormous,' says Nandita. 'I had the pleasure of working with Sarojji just once, for a Spanish film.'

'She showered me with so much love that I can never forget her warmth and grace. And what a teacher she was!'
