Having seen you doing diverse roles, what is the kind of roles would you personally want or like to do?
I don't have any specific kind of roles. I would like to work in a nice happy atmosphere because at the end of the day, some things work, some don't. It's the relationships and interactions that are most important.
What would you say if you had to compare Zoya and your mother, Aparna Sen, as directors?
Just because they are both women? I have worked with Shonali Bose in Amu and she is a fabulous director. I don't think there is any difference between men and women directors. It is all how an individual thinks. I don't think it is correct to make differences based on gender.
