You are a psychology student who took to interior designing before switching to costume designing and styling. Why the change?
It was not a conscious decision. I was afloat in the ocean without oars. There were times when I wondered what's wrong. God knew me better. I am more a people's person. I like the freedom to move around. I do not like being bogged to one place. There is so much to learn and people to meet. The wider the exposure, the more you grow.
What has been your guiding maxim in life?
The faith that my daughters have in me and the fact they look up to me. I am a God-fearing person and I believe in goddess Mookambika. She is a strong force in my life.
