For a tale glorified in romance and misfortunes, the melody of Devdas is especially integral. Sachin Dev Burman lend his artistry to helm a fascinating score featuring songs of separation (Woh na aayenge, Aan milo Shyam), seduction (Ab aage teri marzi) and sympathy (Jise tu kubool).
On the other hand, composer Ismail Darbar worked up a bouquet of lavish melodies like the grand Maar Daala, heartrending Hamesha tumko chaha and colourful Dola re.
Dev D lives up to its quirky, edgy image with an equally dizzy score by Amit Trivedi featuring addictive ditties like Emotional atyachaar and Duniya.
